Experience

Zoe is the Head of Real Estate Tax for Evelyn Partners and prior to joining Evelyn Partners, Zoe was a Corporate Tax Partner at EY for 9 years and before that she was at Deloitte for 10 years. She has over 25 years’ experience in the provision of domestic and international corporate tax advice, fund structuring and M&A transactions, with a specific focus on the Real Estate & Construction and Outsourcing sectors.

Zoe advises on tax matters arising from tax compliance and reporting as well as projects including providing due diligence and tax structuring advice on transactions in particular in the Real Estate & Construction, Retail and Outsourcing sectors. She also advises on many infrastructure projects, in particular PPP and PFI projects, this advice typically includes restructuring and refinancing and reviewing financial models for both the public and private sector.

Zoe is the tax partner for a number of clients, these have included Berkeley Homes, Barratt Developments, British Land, Carpetright, French Connection, Imperial Brands, Interserve, John Lewis, Land Securities, Macquarie, Native Land, Serco, Severn Trent, Shaftesbury REIT and Urban Logistics REIT.

Zoe is a regular speaker at external conferences for the past 20 years and has led a number of seminars and workshops for clients.
