Our financial reporting and tax team ensure the proficient and effective delivery of interim and annual reporting and accounts.
As part of our Independent Authorised Corporate Director (ACD) and fund administration service, the financial reporting team ensure the professional and efficient delivery of interim and annual reports and accounts, in accordance with The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (‘FRS 102’) and the Statement of Recommended Practice for UK Authorised Funds published by the Investment Association (‘the SORP’)
The tax team prepare corporation tax provisions for inclusion in interim and annual reports and accounts, submits annual tax returns to HMRC and arranges for payment of any associated corporation tax liabilities.
